Booking Considerations & Cancellation Policy

It is a condition of service that you inform your Therapist regarding any allergies, use or changes to any medication or medical conditions at each visit.

For your own relaxation and as a courtesy to others, we ask that you;
– Do not use your mobile phone within the centre
– Be on time, we know your time is precious
– Love your little ones, but whenever possible please leave them at home
– Let us know in advance if you cannot have a treatment upstairs

In accordance with our standards and laws regarding health & Occupational Health and Safety, for you own health and the health and safety of others: Anyone with any suspected contagious skin condition including but not limited to verruca (warts), fungal foot or other nail infections, will not be treated. An alternate treatment will be offered for your allocated appointment time.

Requested Therapist Booking Fee [RTBF]:
In an effort to maintain appointment book flexibility & reward Therapist experience and expertise, a fee between $1-5 will be charged, if you specifically request that your services be performed by your choice of Therapist.
This charge is much appreciated by and directly passed onto your Therapist.

If you would like to change you scheduled appointment time, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice be given. Cancellation on the day your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee and void a booked Gift Certificate. Prices valid from 1st December 2011 and may be subject to change without notice.
